Our policy is continuous improvement. Our team of professionals are here to serve you and your family. If there is anything we can do to improve our service, we absolutely welcome your feedback and suggestions.

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will do our best to make it right. We encourage you to make contact with us so we can hear your concerns. Our manager will make an appointment with you as soon as possible.

Refunds or Replacements

If an incorrect payment has been processed, our team will happily organize a refund or can apply a credit to your account for next time.  Unfortunately, if your loved ones cremains have already been transferred into the urn of your choice, we will not be able to provide a refund on that already used product.  If you encounter damage to the product you have selected on collection of the urn from our facility, we will replace the product with no further cost to you.

To claim a replacement of your purchased product, we ask that you inspect the product and notify us at the time of collection (or delivery) within seven (7) days.  We will not accept returns or claims for items damaged by you (by accident or any other means).

If you have ordered personalized engraving for your product and the work has commenced or completed, we cannot accept a return or refund on that product.
